WET WEATHER AND HEAT

In the event of wet weather or extreme heat you will be notified via text or email of any cancellation or adjustments. If you do not receive a text or email please presume your lesson is going ahead as normal.

In the event that the temperature rises above 36 degrees, a member of the Good Game Tennis team will notify you to suspend or cancel lessons. Make-up lessons will be honoured for any suspended or cancelled lessons.

CANCELLATION AND MAKE-UP POLICY

In the event that you are unable to attend a lesson due to illness, personal reasons, or other, it is your responsibility to notify the Good Game Tennis team before the commencement of the lesson via phone call, text, or email. If possible, 24 hours notice is preferred, however, we understand that it may not be possible in some circumstances. A make-up lesson will not be honoured if no notice is given.

Lessons run for 8 weeks, with a ninth week of tennis reserved for make-up lessons only. If you have outstanding make-up lessons, they will be completed this week. 

ENROLMENT

If you are a new student, Good Game Tennis requires that you complete a registration form prior to the commencement of the first lesson.

We offer a free trial lesson to new students. It is a requirement that an enrolment form is submitted prior to this. 

Payment Details

Invoices for each term will be sent out at the end of week 2. All payments need to be paid within a 14 day period from the date of invoice.

Private lessons and cardio tennis may be paid on a weekly basis and payment required on day of lesson.

MEDIA RELEASE

Good Game Tennis may use video analysis, film or photography during lessons and events. Images may be used on our website, social media and other promotional material without compensation or notice. A media release consent form will be provided to players and their parents to be completed prior to the commencement of their first lesson. 

UPDATES TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Good Game Tennis reserves a right to update the terms and conditions when they see fit. If any updates are made you will be notified via email with any changes.
